First: Request and Permit

This form constitutes a request for photography or videography inside the Saudi National Museum and does not represent a final permit.

The official permit will be issued after reviewing and approving the request, and the applicant will be notified via email.

The approved permit is valid for one-time use only and for the specific purpose stated in the request. Photos or videos may not be used for any other purposes without prior written approval from the museum management.

Second: Filming Schedule and Organization

Filming is permitted during official working hours, Sunday to Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed.

Applicants must adhere to the scheduled time. In case of delay, the museum management reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or reschedule the visit as deemed appropriate.

Closing exhibition halls or disrupting visitor movement during visiting hours is strictly prohibited.

Third: Preservation of the Museum and Artifacts

The applicant must maintain the museum facilities, ensure cleanliness, and restore the location to its original condition after filming.

Touching artifacts or their accessories is strictly prohibited. A safe distance must be maintained between exhibits and filming equipment.

The use of flash photography is strictly prohibited to protect the displayed items.

Fourth: Compliance with Rules and Regulations

Acknowledgment of and compliance with public decency regulations is required.

Acknowledgment of and compliance with the Saudi National Museum visitor regulations is required.

Photographers and crew must be accompanied by a museum staff member throughout the filming period. The museum management reserves the right to cancel or suspend the permit in case of non-compliance.

Fifth: Visitors and Responsibilities

Visitors' privacy must be respected. If filming visitors is required, prior written consent must be obtained and all forms must be sent to the museum via email:

The filming entity bears full responsibility for any damage to museum facilities, staff, or visitors during the filming period and must provide financial compensation as determined by the Saudi National Museum management.

Sixth: Use and Publication of Recorded Materials

All recorded materials and final content must be provided to the Saudi National Museum via email:

Publishing the content is not permitted until official approval and authorization are obtained.
