The Saudi National Museum welcomes visitors during its scheduled working hours
* Please be advised that the Saudi National Museum stops accepting new visitors one hour prior to closing time.
* Please note that the museum’s working hours may vary during exceptional times, such as the Holy Month of Ramadan, Eid days, and national holidays.
Visitors seeking to avoid peak times will find the museum relatively less congested on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Feel free to proceed to the designated Storage area at the museum, as it offers a space for storing visitor belongings, including baby strollers and personal items. If you have a specific medical requirement necessitating bringing bags into the museum, please reach out to the National Museum before your visit through NMvisitorservice@moc.gov.sa or by speaking to the front desk, and they will assist you accordingly.
The museum offers Wi-Fi access, allowing you to easily connect to the "Zain Public Wi-Fi" network. Simply enter your full name and mobile number, and you will receive a code to enjoy the service.
Visitors are requested to check in at the main reception desk. The museum places great importance on maintaining the confidentiality of visitor information and utilizes this information to enhance the overall visitor experience.

The Saudi National Museum offers multiple parking spaces for visitors.
North side: Over 50 parking spaces available for use.
East side: Over 60 parking spaces available for use.
South side: Over 100 parking spaces available for use.
West side: Over 100 parking spaces available for use.

Certain areas within the Saudi National Museum galleries may include loud noises or visual effects that may not be suitable for all visitors. To ensure a satisfactory and comfortable experience, the museum suggests consulting a staff member and seeking information before entering the museum galleries.
The Saudi National Museum is committed to providing a wide range of knowledge offerings that cater to diverse backgrounds and preferences. Therefore, certain galleries and exhibitions are equipped with various features, including large, printed guides, audiovisual content and pre-bookable tours conducted in Sign Language.
The Saudi National Museum places significant emphasis on addressing emergencies . In such occurrences, people with disabilities or those unable to use the stairs are required to proceed to designated waiting areas. This ensures that a specialized team is readily available to assist them with evacuations.
