Designed in Saudi is a strategic initiative led by the Architecture and Design Commission, This national initiative is dedicated to the development of the industrial design sector in the Kingdom by empowering local designers and fostering an environment that supports their growth and capabilities with the aim of positioning the Kingdom as a global design destination.
This seal serves as a mark of quality and control granted to products that meet specific criteria through undergoing a series of evaluations to ensure each product’s authenticity and adherence to human-centric values from the concept to the final product. the seal is granted by a committee comprising both local and international industrial design experts led by Dr. Sumayah Al-Solaiman, CEO of the Architecture and Design Commission.
The Authority has identified the sub-sectors of industrial design eligible to apply for the seal.
The entity responsible for submitting applications:
By submitting the application, the company representatives agree to abide by these terms and conditions and provide proof of their personal eligibility to bind the commercial entity to these terms and conditions and that they have the necessary authorization from the company for this purpose. They also agree that it is solely their responsibility to ensure that the company is eligible for the “Designed in Saudi” Seal.

Non-Saudis can apply for the "Designed in Saudi" seal as long as the design activity of the product occurred in Saudi Arabia.
I am a Saudi designer living abroad; can I apply for the seal for my products?
Can design students or freelance designers apply for the seal?
Should the product be manufactured in Saudi Arabia?
The "Designed in Saudi" seal is awarded to products designed locally and does not require local manufacturing or production.
Can I include more than one product in a single application?
