The initiative aims to host a select group of writers in inspiring natural and cultural environments, offering them the opportunity for creative solitude and the space to develop and complete their literary works. It fosters an atmosphere that encourages reflection and meaningful engagement with the surroundings.

Mentors
- Must have at least three published literary work or an equivalent body of literary output (e.g., articles, studies, etc.)
- The writing field must align with the theme of the retreat
- Must have prior experience in mentoring
- Must meet all organizational participation requirements
- Must not have participated in the program before
