Introduction
Welcome to the International Conference for Education and Innovation in Museums (ICEIM) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. These Terms and Conditions outline the terms governing your purchase of tickets for the conference. Please carefully review these Terms before purchasing a ticket. By booking or purchasing a ticket, you agree to adhere to all terms and conditions outlined herein, as well as any additional terms, conditions, and restrictions set forth by the organizer before or during the event.

All ticket sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be permitted except as explicitly stated in these Terms. Tickets can only be purchased online. You are responsible for providing the accurate information during the ticket purchase process.
Ticket Validity:
One-day tickets grant access for the selected date only., while
three-day tickets allow access for three consecutive days.
Ticket Use and Admission
Tickets may only be presented in electronic format (e-tickets) as specified by the organizers. The Conference organizers reserve the right to deny admission to individuals who cannot provide a valid ticket or who disrupt the Conference proceedings.
Ticket Price and Payment
Ticket prices listed are inclusive VAT. Secure online payment methods are available for ticket purchases.
Conference Information Verification
Ticket purchasers are responsible for verifying the conference details, including date, time, location, and the age restrictions.
Identification Requirement
In the event of a ticketing issue, individuals must present a valid government-issued photo ID, (e.g., national identification card, driver's license, or passport). matching the name used during the booking process.
Photography, Videography and Image Release:
Photos and videos maybe taken during the Conference and attendees consent to use of their images in these materials, including editing, copying, exhibiting, publishing, or distributing them. Attendees understand that they will not have the right to approve the final product and waive any compensation for its use.
Security
To ensure a safe and secure environment for all attendees, security personnel may conduct bag checks upon entry to the venue. Prohibited items, dangerous materials, and any objects deemed a potential safety hazard by event organizers or venue security will be confiscated.
Event Changes and Cancellations
organizers reserve the right to modify the Conference program, speakers, or schedule without prior notice. In case the Conference cancellation, a full refund will be issued to ticket holders via the original payment method. organizers are not responsible for expenses incurred due to Conference cancellation or change.
Limitation of Liability
organizers are not liable for any loss or damage including personal injury or property damage during Conference attendance.
Ticket Resale Limitation:
Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold.
Data Protection
Information collected during ticket purchase is used to enhance future conference experiences. Robust security measures are in place to protect attendee data.
