The culinary arts incubator offers a complete and comprehensive support program aimed at the chefs entrepreneurs and startup business owners in the food & beverage sector, to enable their innovative ideas and growing thier business, by providing an incubation program that provides an elite group of mentors and trainers and professional chefs guide and mentor, in addition to providing worskhops in the following fields: Business model, Business Plans, Feasablity Study, Team Building, Branding & Marketing, Packaging & Pricing, Sales Strategies, Supply Chain, Food quality and safety, in addition to providing a lively motivating space for entrepreneurs which will enable them to create & develop thier recipes in a fully equiped demo kitchen ready to be the sapce to innovate new concepts in both the saudi and international culinary arts, entrepreneurs can also test and asses the expenses of those recipes and concepts and the feasability to enter the market, lastly, linking the entrepreneurs with investors and financing entities throughout the incubation phase.
Kawin - Culinary Arts Incubator Program
The incubator program has 6 Cycles that will be repeated consecutively. Each cycle kicks off with a virtual competition that lasts for 3 days, targetting 50 participants in each competition. 20 out of 50 startups will be qualified to the incubator's phase, which will take place physically in Riyadh for 6 months at Misk City. Chefs Challenge
