Rules and Requirements for Participation

• 1. Troupes must comply with security and safety standards; the use of weapons in performances is prohibited.
• 2. Use of modern technology is prohibited.
• 3. Participating troupes must have sufficient experience in their respective performing arts.
• 4. All members must be 18 years of age or older.
• 5. All members must provide medical examinations ensuring each member is in good health and fitness.
• 6. Attach a list of members with all necessary information such as
  name, gender, nationality, date of birth, phone number, email, ID for local troupes, passport number for international troupes, and social media handles.
• 7.All performers must be highly skilled the performing arts they present
• 8. Local Troupes must provide the necessary licenses to the Commission
• 9. Each performance must include a minimum of 20 performers on stage
• 10. All performers in local troupes must be Saudi nationals.
• 11. Costumes and pops must be appropriate to the performance and in excellent condition
• 12. All troupes must have sufficient experience in performing at festivals and events
• 13. All troupes must submit photos and videos of the mountain performing arts that will be presented at the festival
