Arabia is gearing up to display its vibrant spirit, vitality, and creativity at the Expo 2025 in Osaka, Japan. As part of the endeavor to project a unified and captivating national brand image, the official uniforms worn by the Saudi Pavilion staff aim to showcase fashion as a cultural exchange, representing the national brand and fostering human interaction beyond mere daily attire. They serve as cultural artifacts narrating a compelling story about the Kingdom’s rich cultural heritage and history, attracting millions of visitors.
By integrating elements that symbolize the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, reflecting the state’s commitment to innovation, diversity, and economic transformation
By creating a uniform that narrates the story of the Kingdom, its people, and its profound heritage, igniting international interest and dialogue
By drawing inspiration from the visitor experience strategy and the design of the Saudi Arabia Pavilion to create a cohesive visual appeal
Through a unified uniform design incorporating elements that celebrate the rich cultural history of Saudi Arabia
Through designs that spotlight the creativity and prowess of Saudi talents, encouraging international visitors to patronize Saudi fashion designers
Note: Financial support will be provided to participating designers in the final list to cover the costs of designs and the production of final samples
Registration and submission of required documents through the official competition website, starting from (29/04/2024) until (10/05/2024)
Announcement of results and communication with the initial candidates on (24/05/2024)
after initial selection, from (28/04/2024) to (30/05/2024)
qualification for the second stage on (09/05/2024)
Commencement of the final stage of the competition, lasting for five weeks
Announcement of the competition winner on (21/07/2024)
The applicant must be a Saudi national.
The applicant must represent a registered Saudi brand owned by a Saudi individual or a foreign investor.
The applicant must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the fashion industry in the Kingdom.
Proficiency in the English language.
The applicant must possess a Commercial Registration (CR) in Saudi Arabia.
The applicant must submit proposed designs, an inspiration board, fabrics, and a detailed production and cost plan.
