To participate in Designathon, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.
• Comply with all applicable laws, event guidelines, and ethical standards.

By participating in Designathon, you agree:

• To use the platform and event resources solely for their intended purposes.
• Not to engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activities.
• To respect intellectual property rights and confidentiality obligations.
• Not to attempt unauthorized access to data, systems, or services.
• To adhere to the official event rules and conduct guidelines.

• Participants may need to create an account to register for Designathon.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use.

We collect and process participant data in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Our data collection and usage policies are outlined in our Privacy Policy.

• All content provided by Designathon is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
• Participants retain ownership of their submitted projects but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote the work in connection with the event.
• You must ensure that any work submitted does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

• Designathon is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability.
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from participation, including but not limited to loss of data, project outcomes, or competition results.
• Participants assume full responsibility for their submissions and project viability.

• Participants must be present at the event location during the specified dates.
• Teams must consist of 3 to 5 members, including at least one designer proficient in design tools.
• Participants must adhere to ethical design practices and professional behavior throughout the event.

We reserve the right to:

• Disqualify participants who violate these Terms of Use or engage in misconduct.
• Modify, delay, or cancel the event as necessary without liability.
• Deny access to the platform or event for security and compliance reasons.

• These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Saudi Arabian courts.

• We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be communicated via the platform.
• Participants are encouraged to review the Terms regularly.
