About the Culinary Arts & Gastro-Tourism Symposium

The Culinary Arts Commission is holding the “Culinary Arts and Gastro-Tourism Symposium” in Aseer, in partnership with local and international organizations and chefs, aiming to examine the intersections between the food culture in the region and the world. In addition, the Commission aims to cultivate a dynamic and inclusive environment that attracts all spectrums of society alike, while encouraging sharing of knowledge and expertise in the field, and highlighting the traditional arts and crafts of the region.
