- Be a professional or practitioner in the architecture and design sector.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date registration details.
- Comply with all applicable laws and professional standards.
- User Responsibilities
By participating in CPD programs, you agree:
- To use the platform and training resources solely for professional development purposes.
- Not to engage in any fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activities.
- To respect intellectual property rights and confidentiality agreements.
- Not to attempt unauthorized access to any system, data, or personal information.
- To adhere to the official program guidelines and conduct policies.
- Registration and Account Management
- Participants must register with accurate personal and professional information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use.
- Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process participant data in compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Our data collection and usage policies are detailed in our Privacy Policy.
- Intellectual Property Rights
- All content provided through CPD programs is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
- Participants retain ownership of their submitted work but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display materials for educational purposes.
- You must ensure that any submitted work does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
- Limitation of Liability
- The CPD Initiative is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability.
- We are not liable for any damages resulting from participation, including but not limited to loss of data, certification delays, or training program changes.
- Participants assume full responsibility for their learning progress and outcomes.
- Program Conduct and Participation
- Participants must adhere to ethical conduct and professional behavior during training sessions.
- Any form of misconduct, plagiarism, or violation of program rules may result in disqualification from CPD activities.
- Participants are encouraged to actively engage in learning and contribute to discussions.
- Termination and Disqualification
We reserve the right to:
- Disqualify participants who violate these Terms of Use or engage in misconduct.
- Modify, delay, or cancel CPD sessions if necessary without liability.
- Restrict access to CPD resources or services for non-compliance with these terms.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to Saudi Arabian legal jurisdiction.
