Based on the vision of the Ministry of Culture to support and sponsor the artistic and cultural sectors, the Visual Arts Commission, in association with the Ministry of Education, seeks to launch Artists of Tomorrow competition. It is a journey for artists from all stages of public, and private education, to give students the opportunity to discover one of the following fields of visual arts:
Design a world from your imagination. Let us experience the depths of your creativity. Select your age group and read the details of the challenge to participate.
Imagine yourself building an entire world, containing plants and animals from your imagination. Create for us an example of a fictional/realistic animal that lives in this world.

It is an art competition under the supervision of the Visual Arts Commission of the Ministry of Culture, which aims to provide the opportunity for the students to share their ideas and creativity in the visual arts and encourage students to engage in creativity through the visual arts. This competition is the first season.
Visual Arts are arts produced for aesthetic and intellectual purposes through which ideas and feelings are expressed, using imagination to create arts such as: Drawing, Photography, Sculpture.

The competition will be held remotely by submitting art works via the platform. The review, nomination and judging will be done electronically.

You can participate by visiting the competition’s official website page, clicking on the registration icon, and then filling out the registration form.
You must fill in all the required fields to see a list of school numbers, and in case you cannot find the name of your school, please contact the Tomorrow’s Artists team through the email: engage@moc.gov.sa

Eligibility
Participation is open for students in the elementary, secondary, and high school who study in public and private education in the following five regions: Riyadh Region, Makkah Region, Eastern Region, Jazan Region, and Al Baha Region.
You don’t have to be proficient in visual arts fields to participate.
No, participation is for individuals only.
Yes, you can participate with more than one submission.
Participation
Drawing, photography, sculpture.
- The age of the participant should be within the specified age groups from elementary school to high school.
- The participant's personal information must be complete and correct.
- The participating student must be among the geographical areas targeted for participation (Riyadh Region, Makkah Region, Eastern Region, Al Baha Region, and Jazan Region).
- The submission should achieve the desired purpose of the challenge as it is presented in the platform.
- The submission should be in accordance with public taste (compliant with the rules of Islamic law, does not spread hatred or racism and is not of a political nature).
- The submissions must be prepared by the participating student, and no part of it was copied or stolen (this includes receiving help from parents or any other person).
- Write #فنانو_الغد on the submission to ensure ownership.
- The submission should be in the field of the visual arts (for example: drawing, photography, sculpture... etc.).
The conditions are mandatory, and the participant must comply with them when submitting the participation, bearing in mind that failure to comply with the conditions exposes the participant to exclusion from the competition.
- The idea of the submission is related to the competition and its challenges.
- The innovative thinking process.
- Artistic skills.
- Artwork’s aesthetic value.
It cannot be modified after it has been submitted.

Evaluation and Selection of Winners
The judging committee consists of 6 experts, and they have been selected according to specific criteria:
- Extensive experience in visual arts.
- Experience in evaluating student artwork.
- Experience in discovering students' talents in visual arts.
If your submission is qualified to the next stage, you will receive an email or a phone call.
The judges will evaluate the submission and select the top based on the evaluation criteria.
For students: Art Surprise Kit - Medals - Virtual exhibition display.
For schools, teachers and jury: Commemorative plaques - Certificates of appreciation.
